“I couldn’t have gotten this project done without Kamber’s excellent guidance, support and even some sweat equity. I’d never sold a home before and had been in my house for over 27 years without much done on the interior. As it needed a few upgrades, Kamber brought in her experience and greatly helped me through the process of the upgrades. That included screening flooring, bathroom and kitchen contractors to get bids or pick their services. As I worked from home she made helped work the schedules to be the least disruptive to my work days. She helped me with product choices knowing what was suitable for our listing market. Her eye for details is extensive. She even took on a project to match the kitchen cabinet hinges to the look she wanted to carry throughout the house. When it came to the listing, her description was spot on and generated us a weekend full of visits. We had a very successful viewing and I had several offers to choose from the following Monday. She continued her professionalism through the closing helping me resolve a late minute inspection issue with my HOA. In closing if you need an agent in the Northern Virginia area Kamber should be at the top of your inquiry list. My only regret is that I can’t use her to find my next home as that will happen in New England. However, she did do some research for me and connected me to an agent in New Hampshire. That’s just another reason I think Kamber is the best.”
